The MINERVA Group is a French, family-run industrial organisation created and Chaired by Jean-Pierre CALESTROUPAT. The Group was created through the acquisition and creation of companies to implement the strategy described below. Charles CALESTROUPAT is the Group’s Chief Executive.
The role of the MINERVA GROUP’s companies is to specialise in global sub-contracting for industrial equipment and sub-assemblies, in particular in the Defence, Nuclear, Rail and Industry markets.
The MINERVA Group features a cluster of complementary companies that are able to combine their own specific skills to respond to all the issues that face major industrial customers by offering complete systems.
We follow a niche strategy and offer specific solutions that are adapted to our customers’ specific project requirements. We intervene in the design, industrialisation and manufacture phases for small and medium sized series for complex assemblies with high technological value.
