The MINERVA Group is made up of the companies ATEMO SYSTEME, SECTRONIC, MINERVA COOLING SYSTEMS and ISSARTEL INDUSTRIE, as well as BOREA in partnership with other companies. In 2009 it achieved consolidated turnover of 25 million Euro and employed 210 people in France.
