The MINERVA Group is a family-based industrial group :
Chairman: Charles CALESTROUPAT
An engineering graduate from the Ecole Centrale, he continued his training at the Ecole de Management in Lyon. Present in the group since 2005, he took the presidency in 2011.
Chief Executive: Jean-Pierre CALESTROUPAT
He began his career as an engineer in the French Air Force. He was then Chief Executive for SME in the thermal and electronics fields. He created the MINERVA Group whom he passed down his son Charles.
IT Manager: Nicolas CALESTROUPAT
With a background in IT, he defines the hardware and software architecture that supports the information system for all the companies in the MINERVA Group.
Communication and IT Manager: Guillaume SCHREINER
Graduate of an ESC Master in training within the mechanical centre of the subsidiary ISSARTEL INDUSTRIE where he was project manager; since 2009 he has been in charge of the group’s communications and general purchasing.
