The MINERVA Group is a family-based industrial group :
Chairman : Jean-Pierre CALESTROUPAT
He began his career as an engineer in the French Air Force. He was then Chief Executive for SME in the thermal and electronics fields. He created the MINERVA Group which he controls and for which he is Chairman.
Chief Executive : Charles CALESTROUPAT
An engineering graduate from the Ecole Centrale, he continued his training at the Ecole de Management in Lyon. He is also a shareholder of MINERVA and is the Chief Executive of the Group.
IT Manager: Nicolas CALESTROUPAT
With a background in IT, he defines the hardware and software architecture that supports the information system for all the companies in the MINERVA Group.
Quality Manager: Jean-Michel CARPO
Holder of a DUT in Mechanical Engineering, he has worked as a quality manager for nearly twenty years in SME in the automotive, aeronautics and electricity distribution equipment sectors. He synchronises Quality management industrialisation actions within the MINERVA Group.
Auditor: François TAHI
Higher Accountancy Studies and a Graduate of the Institute of Applied Law (Economics and Business Law) - Paris. Senior Accountant then Treasurer within an SME (Electronic Components Manufacturer (92), Financial Consultant within a Company that designs Business treasury solutions (92), before joining Electronavale (44) as Management Controller. He joined the Minerva Group in 2007 as Treasurer and Management Controller.
Group Communication and Purchasing Manager: Guillaume SCHREINER
Graduate of an ESC Master in training within the mechanical centre of the subsidiary ISSARTEL INDUSTRIE where he was project manager; since 2009 he has been in charge of the group’s communications and general purchasing.
